Filing a Complaint

⚠️ Important Prerequisite (Level I)

Under the IT Rules, 2021, you must first file the grievance with the publisher directly (Level I).

You may only escalate to JMAGC (Level II) if:

  • The publisher fails to resolve it within 15 days. [cite: 14]
  • You are dissatisfied with the publisher's decision. [cite: 14]

Guidelines for Submission

  • Provide the exact link to the disputed content.
  • State which section of the Ethics Code was violated. [cite: 13]
  • Attach evidence (PDF/Images) if available.
